Balancing the established LivePerson brand with the distinct visual identity of the new Spark series, while managing the complexities of creative execution. This included overseeing a multi-faceted workload across the internal design team, cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors, and providing essential support for LivePerson and client executives.
