We focused on creating a cover that reflected LivePerson’s strides in employee-centric programs, the launch of empathy-driven platforms like BELLA Bank and BELLA Health, and a strong commitment to social impact. We explored multiple themes emphasizing expansion in conversational AI, resilience, and a shift towards compassionate, connection-centered work. We collaborated closely with the CEO to align the cover’s visuals with these core themes.

We delivered an abstract, illustrative cover that visually expressed these themes through a vibrant gradient line connecting two interlocking circles forming "2020," symbolizing unity, compassion, and the fluidity of change. This design effectively captured LivePerson’s commitment to employee well-being, collective resiliency, and innovation.
